Guess what happens to your clients that desire to shape-up and develop curves?

They get bored.

So there fore it is very important that you look at your circuit training gym as entertainment.

We don’t mean advertise as entertainment, but think in your head, “how can I make this women’s fitness or rather, the 30 minutes seems like 5 minutes?”

At Shapes For Women, we look back on the time when we first opened our circuit training exercise center.

Our Sales Tax permit describes our hydraulic gym as Amusement & Recreation Service. How funny, they didn’t know what to do with us.

The Tax office was right.

Entertaining & Amusement is the way to go. We soon discovered what to do.

The first thing was to read interesting books and articles surrounding all the topics of interest. Like, any thing on wrinkles, how to make them go away, how to keep them from appearing, foods that improve your skin etc. Nutrition and how our body works.

You will soon discover the things they like to discuss. There is another really big subject they go on and on about, you will have to call us for that.

So you say, “I have read all these books, so what?” Well you give book reports all day long, over and over to each group.

Now you are getting them to think about themselves and improvements, and believe me, they will join in on all these conversations!

Time will fly and they will love you for it.

Not enough time for book reports, then really get your women’s fitness center on a roll with nice clean funny, funny jokes. Oh my, then they start to remember their own jokes and everyone will be rolling in the floor.

As the owner of one of our circuit gyms said, “I roll in the floor with them.

Laughter is medicine for the soul. When they are in the circuit, you be in the circuit, even if it is just to visit.
