Checking In Your Fitness Center Members

Almost every one has a computer in their hydraulic circuit gym.

The computer you use in your women only circuit will need a second monitor, NOT two computers.

Your computer will speak with your second monitor, and tell it to display a member’s information. This information will happen as they check in.

Your check in process is like a very, very fast secretary typing. Hydraulic circuit gyms have a way of having many people appear at their door at one time.

And WOW! How do you remember their names?

You cheat!

You look at the second monitor and there is their name. We feel sure you have seen the little key tags that Curves provides each member, with a bar code on the back side.

The bar code acts as a fast secretary. Now those little key tags cost $$. Shapes For Women’s experience has been that fitness center members lose their tags, bend their tags, forget their tags, and find their tags.

So you ask, what is a good alternate for our 30 minute fitness centers?

Well a key pad of course.

It works just like a card scanner, except it is less expensive and saves money on the keg tags.

You simply assign them a number or use the last digits of their phone number, they just type it in.

Once again, it acts as a fast secretary.
